Stokes & Spiehler Welcomes Mark Johnson "Operations Manager - Consulting Services"
Please welcome Mark Johnson as he joins Stokes & Spiehler to fill our "Operations Manager - Consulting Services" position. We are excited to add him to our Stokes & Spiehler team!
Mark brings 40 years of experience to Stokes & Spiehler. Mark worked with Drilco and Smith Tool (Smith International) for 20 years where he started in field inspection. His growth included positions as Inspection Manager, Field Sales, Senior Account Manager and Coordinator for Inspection, Rental, Machine Shop and New Product Sales. His sales experience at Smith also includes drill bit sales and rentals.
Mark later held a position as Account Manager with Oil & Gas Rental Services where he worked closely with field personnel, engineering, procurement and operations in providing BHA, Drill String, Completion Strings and Well Control equipment. He joined the Management team as Executive Vice President of Operations when OGR was purchased by Allis Chalmers and later became Archer.
Other significant experience includes 3 years as President at CSI Inspection and 2 years as President at Wellsite Rental & Fishing where he worked to develop business and oversee operations along the Gulf Coast, West Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Montana, Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
Mark will work closely with our operator clientele, our field consultants, as well as, our sales force. Our goal is to continue to expand to new areas and add more consultants to our qualified and experienced group.
