At Stokes & Spiehler, our priority is to adapt to better serve our clients.
In recent years, many large E&P and service companies have forgone utilizing independent contractors, sometimes referred as “1099 contractors”, to avoid compensation and overtime disputes.
Recognizing this, Stokes and Spiehler, through it's sister company, Global Wellsite Solutions, LLC, has the capability to provide any of our contract field personnel as W-2 employees of GWS. We can provide these individuals to both oil & gas operating companies and service companies.
Additionally, we are extremely flexible with the compensation structure, in reference to day-rate based compensation or hourly-based compensation. Below is a list of the types of field personnel that we provide on a W-2 basis.
